Explanations and Justifications (E&Js) Chronological Index

The Chronological Index for the FEC's Explanations and Justifications (E&Js) is organized by the date of transmittal to Congress or publication in the Federal Register. To locate the E&J for a particular regulation, select the decade that contains the year in which the E&J was published. Then, on the page for that decade, look up the title of the E&J and select the year listed.
